I am now in Abbotsford. After what seemed like a long day of traveling yesterday, Simone and I finally made it. Everything went well. Last night we met all of the other TREK-ers. I am really looking forward to getting to know everyone that is here. Thankfully it is a smaller group (12) so I know everyone's name already at least. My roommates are Joanna, Breanne and Simone. We share a room that we have to try and keep tidy all the time.
I am really excited about beginning everything here. One thing that will take some time getting used to is the structure. After my job for the last six months I am not very used to structure and have my day planned out for me. This will take some adjusting but I have no doubt that it will all work out fine.
A prayer item:
You could pray that I stay well. It seemse like I have been going hard for this last month and so it seems to be hitting me now. Pray that I get enough sleep and that I dont' get sick. I feel a cold coming on already, and I don't want anything to keep me from missing out on stuff.
Pray also that the group would connect really well.
